Chef Paulo Monteiro
Hello, I’m Chef Monty.
“Soul Food” is the signature project of Chef Paulo Monteiro, who is passionate about cooking and gastronomy, but also for training and communication.
The Chef, who after several experiences in reference dwellings such as the “Ermitage” Restaurant in 1997, awarded Michelin Star (Vale do Lobo). He developed the art of French cuisine with a fusion of Algarvian products for 3 years.
